The hotel rooms are exceptional, beautifully immaculate, charming, quirky, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is great for short drives to nearby attractions and train rides to London, making it convenient for various plans. However, the dining experience was of a totally better standard, although the Sicilian cunzato bread was delicious. The facilities are top-notch, making the stay even more enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were full of character with lovely little touches like a glass of port and chocolate truffles. The staff, especially Gulnara on Reception, were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great for exploring nearby attractions, but the ground floor area felt a bit boxed in. The dining options were decent but could use more variety. Overall, a charming hotel with great service and character.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful, especially with the relaxing copper bath and cozy seating area by the bay window. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even providing tips on transportation around London. The location was perfect, right next to the station and ideal for exploring Esher. The dining was good, although I wished for a few more breakfast options. Overall, a wonderful experience with lovely additional touches throughout the hotel.
